Adds and executes a reproducible 100-scenario PromptHub provenance benchmark covering recording integrity, duplicate-tag prevention, credential redaction, signature verification, CSV export integrity, and tamper detection. The committed result artifact records the PromptHub commit, runtime environment, all scenario outcomes, category scores, and overall measured reliability.
