What to build

Four page-level bugs go-rod users hit daily are fixed with regression tests: WaitRepaint honours the page context, per-session state is cleared on page close, element screenshots scale by device pixel ratio, and WaitLoad no longer resolves with a circular event. One commit per upstream pull request, each with its proof run. Spec sections 10 and 11.

Acceptance criteria

• Fix/wait repaint context & it looks like the CI environment needs to be upgraded go-rod/rod#1241: WaitRepaint evaluates under the page context; its three regression tests (page context honoured, background tab, frequent activation switches) are green on the Gate.
• fix: clear per-session CDP states when a page closes go-rod/rod#1235: closing a page removes every state keyed by its session; a regression test opens and closes pages repeatedly and asserts a closed page's session states are no longer loadable and the browser's state store does not grow.
• fix: element screenshot is incorrect when DevicePixelRatio != 1 #1198 go-rod/rod#1200: the element screenshot crop box is scaled by window.devicePixelRatio; a test under device emulation at ratio 2 asserts the screenshot matches the element.
• fix bug in WaitLoad when event has circular reference go-rod/rod#1150: WaitLoad resolves without the load event object; its test and fixture run on an ephemeral server with no fixed port.
• Each commit names the upstream pull request and its author; the PR records each new test failing on the Snapshot and passing on wand (rod #1179, #1226, #1198 / #1034 become Confirmed fixes).
