Add customizable visual result cues

Summary

• highlight matched and possible-match rows on CNKI, Scopus Table/List, and Web of Science Summary results while preserving status chips
• add synchronized visual settings for row colors and page-edge colors, width, and glow/solid/dashed/dotted/double styles
• apply visual preference changes immediately to open pages without rerunning matching
• keep backend, IndexedDB, XPI, HMAC v1, permissions, version 0.5.0, updates.json, and v0.5.0 unchanged
