• lock the production golden app to Hayate 0.15.3, hayate-openapi 0.8.2, and hayate-sql 0.1.2
• regenerate machine-readable and Markdown compatibility evidence from the exact lock
• retain create-hayate 0.13.2 and hayate-mcp 0.12.1 in the same tested stack
