Closes #91

  • design-reviewer gains browser_close and closes the browser when done, also on failure.
  • Optional profile.viewports sets the design-reviewer's default viewports; unset keeps desktop + mobile.

Verified: claude plugin test . 204 pass; scripts/validate.sh clean.

Without browser_close the tab outlived the review and kept the CPU busy, worst where WebGL renders in software.

Users who never ship mobile can set it once instead of naming viewports on every run. Unset, the default stays desktop + mobile.
