feat: advisor awareness (recon flag + Opus/Fable pane opt-out) - #88

profile.routing.advisorOnOpus false sets CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ADVISOR_TOOL=1 on those panes, so a top-tier worker is not advised by a same-tier model. Default true: the user's own advisor setting is respected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
