Closes #103

What

  • When the session draws (terminal or desktop), the mod injects a Drawing block into /agt. /agt then skips the recon version, the TodoWrite spine and the profile tip, and leaves report.md's Agents and Raw reports sections to the mod.
  • The band header shows the running version. The mod toasts the tip once and appends the missing report sections after the lead's Write.
  • Sessions that draw nothing (VS Code chat panel, claude -p) and mods-off sessions keep today's output.
  • Agent descriptions are one line each: 4.1 KB → 1.6 KB in every session's Agent tool list.

Verification

  • claude plugin test . → 359 pass, 0 fail
  • bash scripts/validate.sh → 0 fails · claude plugin validate . --strict → passed
  • Eval suite (3 runs × 4 cases): score 1.00 on all four, $1.73. The eval runs headless, so it checks routing did not regress; it does not exercise the drawing path.
  • Real runtime: /agt review hooks/drawing.js in a --plugin-dir session. No version suffix on the recon line, no TodoWrite. The band header showed the version. The lead wrote a 19-line report.md, and the mod appended the Agents table and the Raw reports link. The reviewer's P2/P3 findings are fixed in this PR.

Every agent description ships in the Agent tool list of every session,
/agt or not. Eleven descriptions drop from 4.1 KB to 1.6 KB; the bodies
keep the detail the dispatched agent reads.

When the session draws (a terminal or desktop surface), /agt gets a
'Drawing' marker. The band header carries the running version, the mod
toasts the profile tip once (same .tip-shown marker), and it appends the
Agents and Raw reports sections to report.md from its own state when the
lead's Write lacks them. A session that draws nothing (VS Code chat panel,
claude -p) gets no marker, so the skill keeps printing all of it.

With the mod's Drawing block in the skill text, /agt drops the recon
version, the TodoWrite spine, the profile tip and report.md's Agents and
Raw reports sections: the band, a toast and the mod's append cover them.
Without the block every line is printed as before, so mods off and
surfaces that draw nothing lose nothing.

A heading such as '## Agents and roles' no longer counts as the lead's
Agents section, a CRLF report is read right, and the mod completes only
~/.agentille/state/run-<id>/report.md itself, never a look-alike path
under another directory. Found by the code-reviewer in a real /agt run.
