Any chance we can keep the input variables, but set defaults and interpolate into the template string? That way we can run it without modification, but still alter the inputs if needed which is useful if running against a non-localhost server cluster.

These changes update the nodesim.nomad file so it should "just work" with very little modification. All that's really needed is customizing the template config file for specific testing scenarios.
