Remove orphaned legacy UIZZE bundle

The generated catalog currently contains two UIZZE bundles:

• canonical: plugins/uizze/uizze sourced from uizze/uizze
• legacy duplicate: plugins/samuelbushi/uizze sourced from the retired samuelbushi/uizze location

The legacy bundle is stale and can confuse installers. Please remove or quarantine the generated plugins/samuelbushi/uizze artifact while preserving the canonical plugins/uizze/uizze entry.
