Q: Is my data private? A: Yes. We take data privacy very seriously. Audio and transcripts are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your data to train our AI models.
Q: Which video conferencing platforms do you support? A: Currently, we support Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams via their respective SDKs and APIs.
Q: How accurate is the transcription? A: We use OpenAI's Whisper model, which is state-of-the-art and offers very high accuracy, especially in clear audio conditions.
Q: Can I use this for free? A: This self-hosted version is free to use and modify under the MIT license. Note that using AI features like Whisper and GPT will incur costs via your own OpenAI API key.
