Enhance security and move PHP specific options to .user.ini
Move PHP options into .user.ini from .htaccess
Add missing <script> tag and also </script> tag.
Various updates to trap undefined variables and force default values.
Also added more error trapping for null variables.
More updates for compatibility and better error trapping of null values.

Also some error trapping and bug fix updates. This now runs on my system with PHP 8.4.5 and MariaDB version 10.11.6 with
