Members Page Component - Dynamic Team Directory
This pull request introduces a comprehensive members listing and detail view page for the member portal. Here's what the code does:

Members Table — A scrollable, sortable table displaying organization members with columns for:
Interactive row selection with hover effects and keyboard navigation (Enter/Space keys)
Member Detail Panel — A right-side panel showing comprehensive member information:
Search Functionality — Live search bar that filters members by:
Responsive Layout — Uses Material-UI's Container component with a two-column flex layout:
Left: Table + search/filter controls
Right: Detail panel (fixed width)
Technical Highlights:
TypeScript Support — Fully typed with Member interface and MemberRole union type
React Hooks — Uses useState for selection/search and useMemo for filtered results optimization
Accessibility — Keyboard navigation for table rows, proper role attributes
Mock Data — Currently uses hardcoded member data; ready for real data source integration
UI Refinements — Uses MUI Container instead of manual maxWidth for proper theme-aware breakpoints, disabled "Filters" button for future implementation, fixed "GitHub" capitalization
Current State: The page is fully functional with placeholder data and is ready for backend integration when a real member database is available.
