Replace reportingMonth with monthlyReportId on maintenance_metrics and add road-call and fuel/energy columns (motor bus + lift road calls, bus diesel/gasoline, electric bus kWh charging/propulsion, lift diesel/gasoline). Rework maintenance metrics so it actually stores the road-call and fuel/energy data from the diagram instead of just a date.
