Add a pandas-based extractor for the irregular Summary Oct layout (This Year / Last Year / Variance), with row-wise numeric detection, account codes, section headers, and grand totals. Export normalized JSON plus optional CSV snapshots. Include manual_explore.py for sheet-by-sheet inspection and comparison to transformed output. Ignore generated out/ directories and local .venv.
