Update dependencies for Python 3.14

•	Updated dependencies for compatibility with Python 3.14, including replacing dark mode with qdarkstyle package.
•	Updated requirements.txt accordingly.
•	Removed the old environment.yml conda configuration.
•	Updated the README.md to reflect:
  •	the correct supported Python version
  •	removal of conda environment instructions
  •	updated setup guidance

thought there was an error. Just need to make sure the is an en energy uncertainty on the ground state
