This pull request makes a minor update to the feature list in the plan card on the landing page. The change simplifies the description of the multi-device synchronization feature by removing "shortlist" from the list of synchronized items.

  • Updated the plan card in +page.svelte to clarify that multi-device synchronization will include "profil" and "candidatures" (profile and applications), and removed reference to "shortlist".
