What change is being made?
Upgrade the GitHub Actions setup-node action from v4 to v5 in all CI workflows (check-dist.yml, ci.yml, linter.yml).
Why are these changes being made?
To adopt the latest setup-node improvements and compatibility across workflows; no functional code changes.
