fix(onboarding): use English copy#62

Conversation
The onboarding walkthrough shipped with German user-facing text, but the rest of the CLI (help, output) is English. Translate all prompts, step explanations, confirm labels (Yes/Skip), and the non-TTY error to English; update the test assertion accordingly. Logic unchanged. What
The
grounds onboardingwalkthrough (#59) shipped with German user-facing text. The rest of the CLI is English, so this translates all of it: prompts, step explanations, confirm labels (Yes/Skip), section headers, and the non-TTY error. Logic unchanged; test assertion updated. My mistake — I matched the chat language instead of the product language.
