Hydrodynamic model -> Instrument (gdm2instr)

A useful macros which converts data from hydrodynamic model to the upload format of the "Instrument". All neccessary code is written in gdm2instr.py

Instructions

1. Run dist\gdm2instr.exe
2. Upload .xlsx file from dist\input_data
3. Specify parameters and run calculation
4. Output .xslx will appear in the \dist
