Thanks for all the effort put into this project - much appreciated!
This PR adds a new endpoint to the proxy to expose the Schema Registry.
This is especially useful when running the proxy as a sidecar. Services can route all communication through localhost and don't need to handle Schema Registry authentication as part of the process.
(as a side note, I saw that my IDE sorted the imports - shall I do it to all files?)
