The restored README links to contributor documentation that was missing from the installation archive, causing
test:installto fail. Include the contributor, security, conduct, and changelog documents and validate their relative links from an isolated installation.Validation: isolated offline installation and CLI/MCP smoke checks pass on Node 25; lint passes with existing informational/style warnings. GitHub CI must pass before merge and release tagging.
