Summary

Address Fetch failed errors in the IP updater scripts. The most common cause on RouterOS 7 is TLS certificate verification failing because the device has no imported CA store.

Changes

  • routeros/telegram-ip-updater.rsc & routeros/cloudflare-ip-updater.rsc: add check-certificate=no to the /tool fetch call, and make the failure log point at DNS / internet / TLS.
  • Obsidian docs: replace the generic certificate note with a concrete troubleshooting block (manual fetch + how to read the status).
