PyInstaller builds with console=False, so CLI launches from PowerShell or Explorer have no stdout handle and print raises OSError under Python 3.14. Keep real file/pipe redirection (cmd, scripts) and attach the parent console otherwise; _print now also swallows OSError as a last resort so headless scripts get exit codes instead of a crash.
