This is mainly to pick up the latest 1.25 runtime to pick up security fixes. As I'm doing that, I figured I'd might as well update the rest of the dependencies that can be updated.

This is mainly to pick up the latest 1.25 runtime to pick up security fixes. Trivy has highlighted seven. As I'm doing that, I figured I'd might as well update the rest of the dependencies that can be updated, though there are no security issues with any of them.
