Allow to manage windows environement profiles, and update user variables from this profile.
Needs is to have password secured in a local environement file, and to allow easily change from one enviroment to another.

You can add a shortcut of WinEnvManager.exe apply_environement.exe under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs with additional parameter cli to quickly switch between env.
