- build: use pnpm catalog
- chore: update dependencies - Updated package versions in pnpm-workspace.yaml for several packages including: - @google-apps/chat to ^0.19.0 - @google-apps/meet to ^0.7.0 - @google-cloud/local-auth to ^3.0.1 - eslint to ^8.57.1 - google-auth-library to ^10.3.0 - googleapis to ^159.0.0
- Added TypeScript as a devDependency in multiple package.json files. - Introduced a new "check" script to run TypeScript compiler checks without emitting files. - Updated turbo.json to include TypeScript files as inputs for test and check tasks. - Created tsconfig.json files for various quickstart projects, extending from a new base configuration. - Added a base tsconfig.base.json file with compiler options and include/exclude settings. - Updated pnpm-lock.yaml and pnpm-workspace.yaml to include TypeScript version 5.9.2. - Added github action step

- Updated Node.js engine requirement to >=20 in package.json files for adminSDK, apps-script, calendar, chat, classroom, docs, drive, gmail, meet, people, sheets, slides, and tasks projects.
- Added missing license and description fields in various package.json files.
- Ensured all projects have consistent "type": "module" and "scripts": {"check": "tsc --noEmit"} entries.
- Created new package.json and tsconfig.json files for new snippets in drive and chat projects.
- Removed outdated package.json file from drive/snippets.
