Upgrade the version of go-redis to v9. This is to get past the issue where we cannot use the v9
redis.Clientas the argument toNewRedisStoreWithCli. The error looks something likeof type *"github.com/go-redis/redis/v9".Client) as type *"github.com/go-redis/redis/v8".Client in argument to oredis.NewRedisStoreWithCli.To support future go-redis version changes, the
redis.Clienthas been changed to theredis.UniversalClientinterface.
