Fixed in commits Fix ESM compatibility with probot v14... and Remove unused __mocks__ files....

The @opentelemetry/core bump also updated probot v13 → v14 (ESM-only) and applicationinsights v2 → v3, which broke Jest since the test used CommonJS require() to load an ESM-only module.

Changes made:

• package.json: added "type": "module" and NODE_OPTIONS='--experimental-vm-modules' to the test script
• index.js: converted from CJS (require/module.exports) to ESM (import/export default); also fixed context.octokit.issues → context.octokit.rest.issues for the breaking octokit v17 REST API namespace change in probot v14
• test/index.test.js: converted to ESM imports, replaced jest.mock() with jest.unstable_mockModule() + dynamic import("..") (the ESM-native mocking pattern), and imported jest from @jest/globals
• __mocks__/: removed the now-superseded CJS mock files (mocks are defined inline in the test)

All 3 tests pass locally.
