Pull request for issue: #61

This is a pull request for the following functionalities:

Add a description field to ExternalLink model + Fix duplication of external links in admin dashboard
not all external links are displayed and the next page often repeats links already shown on the previous pages.

How to test?

connect as admin
admin dashboard: externalLinks
on the dashboard, I see no duplicate (page 1 and page 2)
create or update and I see a 'description' field
I click save/create and on view page, I can see a 'description' field
