Pull request for issue: #2350

Adjusted layout so that the items per row stay always the same regardless of screen size and also gave a max width to the image container so that it does not look "too large"

• rebuild styles, e.g. docker-compose run --rm less
• navigate to http://gigadb.gigasciencejournal.com/site/advisory
• change browser width and check that the page always looks as expected
