exports parity across cloudflare, deno, bun, node #25574

Portable names (from @sentry/core or @sentry/server-utils) to add:

• Bun and Node: moduleMetadataIntegration, instrumentPostgresJsSql,instrumentCreateReactAgent, FlueOptions.
• Bun and Cloudflare: Log, LogSeverityLevel types.
• Deno and Cloudflare: parameterize (decision 2).
• Deno and Cloudflare: instrumentStateGraphCompile, so all four export the full LangGraph trio.
• Deno: fastifyIntegration. Deno puts it in its defaults but does not export it, so a user who sets defaultIntegrations cannot add it back.
• Node and Bun: awsIntegration. It is in their default tracing set, but only Deno exports it.
• Deno and Cloudflare: winterCGHeadersToDict, httpHeadersToSpanAttributes, profiler. Low value. Include only if we want strict parity.
• Cloudflare: the channel integrations (decision 3, PR 6).

Leave as-is, on purpose:

• Cloudflare init. Users go through withSentry.
• Deprecated express/fastify error handlers. Do not spread them.
