- Add a callout that custom sample rates can only be set on certain plans and if the settings page is not available, to contact their account manager

I'd love to be able to be clear with users what "select plans" are instead of just asking them to read more text or contacting their account manager 😅 cc @sfanahata for thoughts on wether or not we should include screenshots here
| Configure and adjust sample rates for stored spans right from the UI without needing to modify your SDK. This makes it possible for you to make instant updates without waiting for code freezes, app store approvals, or redeployments. In addition, by analyzing incoming traffic patterns, Dynamic Sampling is able to prioritize data based on the content of accepted spans. is there a reason the text line breaks are formatted this way?
Also my assumption is people are lazy and won't read the whole thing. Is there a way to say this with less words?
"Dynamic Sampling is only available on Business and Enterprise plans. Contact your account manager if you wish to upgrade or check what plan you are on" or something like this
