Providing updated templates for bootstrap v5.
What I have done so far:
This relates to #3552.
Probably more needs to be done here though. At the moment, I'm a bit stuck, since currently the --demo site has hardcoded bootstrap4 tags in the raw html. However, I wanted to share what I have so far.
