⚡️ Feature: Send Notification on Failed Auto Update #989

Feature Description

I have auto-updates turned on and there was a failure to restart the container. I received the new image notification but never a container updated notification. When I opened the Arcane logs I see a ERROR log. I did not receive a notification saying there was an error auto-updating this container.

It would be helpful if Arcane sent a notification letting the user know there was a failure in the auto-update process.

Problem It Solves

User will know that one of the containers has failed to auto-update and that a manual action is required.

Proposed Solution

Send a notification that informs the user a failure occurred.
