- updated client libraries that were out of date
- update latest libs for server
- updated client dockerfile to resolve env for port correctly - updated server dockerfile to prepare vm with gdal - locked in fiona and geopandas versions in requirements
- updated all required libraries to latest - all vulnerabilities updated
