Ubuntu 26.04 ("Resolute Raccoon") ships PHP 8.5 natively. Add a
vars/Ubuntu-26.yml that selects 8.5 as the default version and adjusts the
package list for the distro:
- Drop php{{ver}}-imap: IMAP was unbundled from PHP core in 8.4 and there is
no php8.5-imap package (issue geerlingguy#444).
- Drop php{{ver}}-opcache: OPcache is compiled into core as of PHP 8.5, so
there is no separate package (issue geerlingguy#446).
- Replace libpcre3-dev with libpcre2-dev, which replaces it on resolute.
