Added skull and player_skull support in SimpleItem with the following syntax:

skull:self -> shows the skull of the player viewing the hologram
skull: -> shows the skull with the given base64 texture
player_skull: -> shows the skull of the given player

Tested on: 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.21.11 (Paper & Spigot)
