Hi George,
I ran 56 isolates hybracter hybrid on HPC and after 27 hours, hybracter failed and it was found that I have hit my 1TB storage quota (disk quota error). Majority of the space is taken up by intermediate sam files within the 'processing/ale' and 'processing/incomplete' folders. I couldnt figure out if something went wrong during assembly which causes the temporary files to be kept, resulting in hitting the storage limit, or could it be the other way round where I hit the storage limit, causing hybracter to break and retaining the temporary files as a result.
This is my command:
module load Singularity
singularity exec /hpcfs/users/a1809437/hybracter_latest.sif hybracter hybrid -i /hpcfs/users/a1809437/MQ_Hybrid_Assembly_Bats_Isolate/test_hybracter_input.csv -o /hpcfs/users/a1809437/MQ_Hybrid_Assembly_Bats_Isolate/test_hybracter -t 25
