- Bump tinclib-protocol to v0.7 (a35b7c5): INFO gains the board's MAC, WIFI_SET takes pass_len 0 for open networks - The library sends neither command, so only the version changes; no API change - TINC_VERSION_PATCH back to 0: tinclib v0.7.0 - README and AGENTS.md updated for 0.7
