before running the web app install handbrake-cli

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stebbins/handbrake-releases
sudo apt-get update

# Install HandBrake.
sudo apt-get install handbrake-cli

install and run

cd video-converter
npm i
npm run dev

goto localhost:3000 and all set :)
