Brings this repository's process files up to the template of spec-kit-galaxio-bootstrap (galax-io/spec-kit-galaxio-bootstrap#28, on top of #27 and #26): every PR links a feature of the backlog, the backlog is read with its own token, and the PR check runs in CI.

• scripts/adopt.sh --refresh replaced only files that equal the template of a released tag; anything else was kept and is named above.
• The check needs the organisation secret BACKLOG_READ_TOKEN (fine-grained, read-only Issues and Metadata on galaxio-sdlc-backlog only). Until it exists the linkage check is red and says so.
• Merge after the bootstrap PRs land and v0.6.0 is tagged; the files are identical to that template.
