chore: rewrite owner to gainratio, drop default repository - #90

Conversation
The repo moved from hseshadr to the gainratio org. Every Dagger gate now requires the run's own github.repository (no stale default owner), the allow-list names gainratio first and keeps hseshadr until the move finishes, and project URLs, CITATION, README and docs point at gainratio. Left alone on purpose: hseshadr/ci module pins (ci moves last), CHANGELOG, the 0.5.0 pypi-attestations command (signed under hseshadr), and the generated architecture evidence snapshot. What
edge-proc moved from
hseshadrto thegainratioorg. This rewrites the owner references and removes the stale default repository, following gainratio/agentic-context-service#26..dagger/src/edge_proc/main.py:DEFAULT_REPOSITORYdeleted. Every gate (ci,security,dependency_audit,release_candidate,repin_dependabot,verify_candidate,_run_ci) now requiresrepository. All workflows already passgithub.repository. Allow-list is("gainratio/edge-proc", "hseshadr/edge-proc"); hseshadr stays until the org move finishes.pyproject.tomlproject URLs,CITATION.cff, README badges/links (plus moved siblings edgeproc-core, edge-reco, privacy-core), CONTRIBUTING, GETTING_STARTED, QUICKSTART.gainratio/edge-proc.Left alone on purpose:
hseshadr/cimodule pins indagger.jsonandpublish.yml(ci moves last), CHANGELOG, thepypi-attestations verifyline for 0.5.0 (that wheel was attested under hseshadr), the generated architecture evidence snapshot, and the edgeproc-browser link (not moved yet).publish.ymlhas no self-referencing module pin.Claim touched
"Gates run only for this repository's own identity." The gate can no longer fall back to a hardcoded owner.

New test
test_should_require_the_runs_repository_with_no_stale_default_ownerrun against the old module: 7 failed (assert 'hseshadr/edge-proc' is <class 'inspect._empty'>), one per gate. After the change: 52 passed. The existing refusal tests still reject forks and look-alikes (attacker/edge-proc,gainratio-evil/edge-proc, ...).Local evidence
