This repository contains the source code to reproduce the results of the article "Improving microbiome-based disease prediction with SuperTML and data augmentation"
The repository is structured like this:
- The data folder contains all the microbiome abundance dataset used in the analysis
- The src folder contains the source code for the training, validation and testing of SuperTML and the augmentation techniques discussed in the paper
