fix: update repo name in README.md

It will rename references to GHA to the current repository name.

I tried use your GHA in private repo, but I got error:

Error: Unable to resolve action. Repository not found: fuzzylabs/pre-commit-autoupdate-action

I guess repo name changed in past.
