Add deterministic Lane 5 P2a agent tournament

What changed

• add the exact three-agent, three-task, six-proposal P2a tournament harness
• exercise deterministic T1 canonicalization, T2 runtime trust roots and T3 transfer-binding attacks
• grade before challenges; queue all three evaluated proposals at real FIFO positions 1/2/3 with queried 100/200/400 graduation thresholds
• distinguish six YES-bonded proposals from nine YES-bond transactions and three graduation flips
• record all 66 transaction attempts with full transaction/receipt/log facts, all 78 mining/time controls, 12 setup transactions and 18 disclosed Anvil state mutations
• bind the four payments, rejected recipients and bond conservation to exact execution receipts/logs/blocks
• derive counts, metrics, routes, graders and gates; reject one-field and coordinated coherently re-sealed transcript mutations
• source-pin the complete deterministic transcript while explicitly disclosing that this is not external chain attestation
