実装内容
Discordチャンネル監視機能
Discord上で投稿されたメッセージを監視し、取得したメッセージをDBに保存する仕組みを実装しました。
メッセージ転送機能
DBに新規でメッセージが登録された際、そのメッセージがDiscord発のものではない場合に、別プラットフォーム（例: LINE）からのメッセージをDiscordへ転送する仕組みを実装しました。
動作確認
Discord内での動作確認は実施済みです。
ただし、LINEなど他プラットフォームを跨いだ連携動作については、別途環境を用意して検証を行う必要があります。
