Unfinished documentation work for #28: source identities and publication hold are prepared; runnable API fences and complete coverage still require migration and validation.
Python and Rust extracted traces pass against pinned public candidates. Publication hold tests cover candidate and released metadata independently. Remaining chapters and complete coverage remain unfinished for #28.

Updates the manual to synchronized unreleased 0.3.0 with sole version-1 artifacts and numeric machine format 1. Tutorials use public admission and processing APIs, exact immutable candidate dependencies, durable restart and replay, explicit migration and portable deferral. Adds explanations of optional provider boundaries and the current coverage inventory. The publication hold remains intact.
Validation at 4cd8d79: GitHub CI passed; make sources and exact Python VCS installation/provenance passed; complete make check passed, including 30 publication-hold tests, 124 specification sections, 99 core cases, seven checkpoint cases, 43 named example files, both-engine tutorial traces, SQLite checkpoint restart/replay, all 162 v1 and 142 durable-host vectors in both engines, and strict MkDocs build. Independent holistic review returned LGTM at the exact head.
The public-host/client implementation and independent applications are separate remaining work. Optional schemas are not represented as installed providers. No tags, package publication or site deployment. Closes #28.
