Summary
Adds accepted ADR-0033, defining a narrow semantics-preserving exception for link maintenance in immutable ADRs. It repairs ADR-0024 with a permanent historical permalink, labels
frostyard-repo-docsas the current successor, and makes the docs gate validate relative links in Superseded ADRs instead of skipping them.ADR-0033 is used because ADR-0032 is reserved by #69; this branch remains independently based on
mainper the squash-merge convention.Closes #54.
