Summary
Records accepted ADR-0031: firn supersedes Dakota's test-only secure bootc installer adapter suite and the retired lab lane. The decision explicitly preserves Dakota's separate secure Snow media/image-build role and indexes the new ADR.
Part of #59. The lab lane removal has landed; Dakota's adapter cleanup remains the downstream retirement action.
