Reporting a Vulnerability

We take security seriously at DragonEye. If you discover a security vulnerability, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not disclose the vulnerability publicly until it has been addressed.
  2. Send details of the vulnerability to [security@yourdomain.com].
  3. Include the following in your report:
    • Description of the vulnerability
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Potential impact
    • Suggested fix (if any)

What to Expect

  • Acknowledgment of your report within 48 hours
  • Regular updates on the progress of addressing the vulnerability
  • Credit for the discovery (if desired)
  • Notification when the vulnerability is fixed

Safe Harbor

We support responsible disclosure and will not take legal action against security researchers who:

  • Follow the above reporting process
  • Make a good faith effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service interruption
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond necessary testing
